Turning On The New Twitter Retweet Button On WordPress.com Blogs

Why You Should Care About Backlinks
I ran into a cool backlink checker Web tool and thought I’d share it. Every time a web site has a link to your site, that is called a backlink (also referred to as an inbound link). Search engines love backlinks because that tells them that someone cares enough about your site to have a link.

My Social Graph “Suggestions For You” Twitter
I was pleased to finally receive the “Suggestions For You” feature since I’ve been hearing about it all week. My initial impressions were:
- Dang, I thought I was following some of those people already
- Um, I recently unfollowed some of those folks
- There were several people who showed up frequently in the “Followed By:” field, but they weren’t people I engage with much
- There are a lot of celebrities on this list
- These are real people, not feeds
