Nope, we don’t get cute cartoon balloons #InMyHood

You’d think that during Santa Paula’s Citrus Festival we’d get hot air balloons that look like scruptious lemons or oranges – not like a drink that needs one.  This 15-story tall behemoth careened over Santa Paula like a bad Chris Rock joke.
