I recently purchased the Video Creation Station green screen system.
I’m setting up the software on my laptop but when I go to install the software, I get an "Open URL Error" dialog box.
A quick Google search turns up the solution:

Things worked once I used the steps under the "File Types Edit" section of the link above.
The software is not actually on the CD but it downloading from a Web server so it’s essentially trying to pop up a new Web page but Firefox blocked it.
I guess that’s one reason the software installation notes said to use Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
